  • Please book your car by telephone/fax/webform in advance
  • Minimum Renter's age 25 years (upon agreement from 21 years at extra charge 300 rubles per day)
  • Driving experience minimum 2 years
  • Any payment form (credit cards, bank transfer, cash)
  • Advance payment for the total rental period, with pay-back for unused days
  • Extra driver 180 rubles per day, but no more then 1100 rubles for the total rental period
  • Collection and return in the city during office hours 1000 rubles
  • Cillection and return in the airport during office hours 1500 rubles
  • Collection and return in the city during non-office hours 1200 rubles
  • Colection and return in the airport during non-office hours 1800 rubles
  • Express rental surcharge (car ordered and picked up same day) 300 rubles
  • No restrictions for driving within Russia except for the Caucasus region
  • Driving outside Russia upon agreement with "Penguin Car Rental"
  • Mileage: 200 km per day included in the rate, extra km at "Penguin Car Rental" rates
  • Minimum rental period during weekend 3 days
  • Deposit from 11000 rubles depending on the car
  • Liability limited to deposit in case:
    • 1. Renter is found guilty of the accident
    • 2. Respondent who caused the damage is missing, incl. theft
