All vehicles have comprehensive loss/damage and theft insurance, as well as third-party insurance, and "Penguin Car Rental" will settle all formalities with the insurer in case of loss or damage to the Vehicle. The Company also undertakes to carry out routine servicing of the vehicles and, if necessary, to substitute a suitable replacement Vehicle.
