  • Free car delivery within Moscow. Time rounded up to integer.
  • Minimum order 1 hour
  • Maximum per-paid time of Transfer “Airport – Airport” 3 hours, “Airport – City” 2 hours, extra time at “per hour” rate
  • Trips beyond Moscow at “per hour” rate + “extra km” rate. 1-way trips outside Moscow at double rate
  • Airport and hotel parking fees paid by the Client
  • Night (22:00 to 7:00) surcharge 20 %.
  • Reservations accepted 24h. Orders can be cancelled without penalties no later then 1 hour prior to delivery time
  • No-show fee and late cancellation fee equal to minimum order fee.
  • “Penguin Car Rental” bears responsibility within "1 hour" fee in the city and "Transfer fee" in the airport if it fails to - provide the service by its fault. “Penguin Car Rental” bears no responsibility in case of :
    • 1. road accident
    • 2. Extreme weather conditions that cause traffic jams
    • 3. other force-major, provided the Client is informed 15 min prior to delivery time
