- Minimum Renter\'s age : 18 years for compact cars, 21 years for intermediate cars and minivans, 21 years for SUVs and luxury cars
- Driving experience minimum 1 day for compact cars, 2 years for intermediate cars and minivans, 3 years for SUVs and luxury cars
- payment accepted with credit card, bank transfer, cash
- Advance payment for the total rental period, with pay-back for unused days
- Extra driver RUB 180 per day, but not more then RUB 1100 for the total rental period
- Collection and return in the city during office hours RUB 1000
- Cillection and return in the airport during office hours RUB 1500
- Collection and return in the city during non-office hours RUB 1200
- Colection and return in the airport during non-office hours RUB 1800
- No restrictions for driving within Russia except for the Caucasus region
- Driving outside Russia upon agreement with \"Penguin Car Rental\"
- Mileage: 200 km per day included in the rate, extra km at \"Penguin Car Rental\" rates
- Unlimited mileage optional at extra charge for rentals lasting 5 days or more
- Deposit from RUB 12000 depending on the car

Collision and damage liability in case:
- 1. Renter is found guilty of the accident
- 2. Respondent who caused the damage is missing, incl. theft
- CDWA at extra cost depending on the car
